CalDelete your QCal account
You can delete your QCal account and associated data at any time. We offer two paths — pick whichever is easier for you.
OPTION 1 — FASTEST
Delete from inside the app
- Open the QCal app on your device.
- Tap your profile picture in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Settings (gear icon, top-right).
- Scroll to Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm with your password or biometrics.
Your account is queued for deletion immediately. You'll be signed out on every device.
OPTION 2 — BY EMAIL
Request deletion by email
If you can't access the app, email us from the address associated with your account:
support@qcal.infoInclude the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and we'll verify ownership and delete your account within 7 business days.
What gets deleted
Your account profile (name, email, photo, date of birth, goals)
All logged meals, photos, and macro history
Your social posts, comments, reactions, and friend graph
Connected health-device data and integration tokens
Subscription and billing identifiers held by QCal
What we may keep
We may retain limited records required by law (for example, tax/transaction records and abuse-prevention signals), and de-identified, aggregated analytics that can no longer be tied to you. Active subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play must be canceled separately in those stores.
